We are Keep It Wild

Our History

Our primary service is to create with our customer actionable design concepts for two-dimensional and three-dimensional art that will capture a specific moment in time. This moment in time ideally would be described by the recipient of our work. Our work is made at the request of our recipients.

"Keep It Wild was developed as a marketing component to describe Best Fish Company, Jolley Roger Seafood, and Clam Fresh/Big Cove Oyster Seafood companies that my wife, Kate, and I along with Sunny Peterson created and owned. All companies were eco friendly, sustainably fished.

I have been practicing art on a regular basis since I was old enough to hold a crayon. It brings me peace. My art is original, it's from the heart. Making it is my happy place."

"My cabinet doors in my kitchen are now the focus of attention. I am thrilled by the quality and the ease of having my dream kitchen. I gave Brendan Mahafee of Keep It Wild my idea and he quickly gave me a rendering of what it could potentially look like. After a few modifications and giving him the measurements of my existing cabinets, Brendan created this masterpiece. It exceeded my expectations and has delighted my guests. I would recommend this company to create your dream carvings in real time. Amazing. Thank you"

I have been in the horse business for many, many years. I owned a large horse operation with a 9000 square foot metal barn. When I sold my ranch (to downsize), it presented an opportunity to build a new barn. It also allowed me to have a barn design based on my years of horse experience. Brendan and I had several conversations about what I was looking for, and I provided him with my research of floor plans, stall ideas, measurement requirements for horse comfort and a nice big ally way. He took all the information and conversations and designed the barn himself. It is a masterpiece. We were able to have the traditional big timber look on the inside with outside fireproof siding and roofing. The barn is highly functional and stays comfortable regardless of the outside temperatures due to the high ceilings, quality build and thoughtful barn situating. The custom trim, black gates and beautiful locally milled wood make it so much fun to spend time in.

The horse and I couldn’t be happier!
